Was covid enforced takes sitar out not seating close proximity compliant..but we were moody i guess didn't prefer first take no one else selected also - chilly day- closest to door. But we happened upon the nicest young guy hosting!! JD made experience better for us, and everyone very friendly, working hard and extremely accomodating for everyone!! Glad we came!!
The waitress was extremely rude. After waiting 15 minutes to get served my appetizer was placed wrong. The waitress argued with me about my order. When I requested the manager, she was rude as well. Rather than fixing the problem the manager argued with me as well. They changed my waitress and I waited another 15 minutes to get another drink. Definitely TGIF in Methuen needs some improvements. People go out to eat to enjoy themselves.
I've been here a few times and have been disappointed every single time. Expect at least 20 minutes for drinks ( if you even get it or they get it right ), another 30min for microwave /oven appetizers , and another 30 on top for some cold entrées. Service is terrible ..1/10. Food 3/10. Atmosphere 6/10. This place is terrible most likely due to management hiring teen servers that chat to their friends all night rathee than working. Shame you cannot give negative stars.
Place was kind of messy, they seated us near a table that had stuff piled all over it.nFood tasted good but was fairly overcooked. Waitress was alright and took care of us pretty well.nWe've gone there many times in the past and had a much better experience. ud83dude44
Food was amazing and our server I think her name was tiny idk but she was very nice respectful kept checkin in us to see how we were doing she should definitely get a raise it was our first time their we just moved from Bridgeport ct
