On 10/31 we placed an online takeout order, 2 steak of different kind. Ordered ca. 50 minutes before the chosen pick up time.nWhen we arrived, later than was selected, the order wasn't ready. A few minutes later a guy came out and said that they don't have 1 kind of a steak so it isn't ready, and asked us which other steak we want them to cook!!! Obviously, we didn't want to wait another hour in the car (obviously for us, not obvious for the guy). So we said we will take only the other steak. But he said they didn't prepare it as well!!!nWhy no one called us??? We'd change the steak while we were driving there!nTerrible experience, definitely never gonna come there.nNow I also need to keep an eye on the prepaid charge to drop off.nThe only advantage: steaks are mediocre at this location. Some other Outbacks we've been at make steaks much better
They have the most lovely and attentive staff at the Methuen location. I meet my dearest friend there every month or so, and they are always wonderful! They never rush us, and are always very polite. The food is always excellent.
Haven't gone here in years. Went with the family. Food was okay, ordered my steak medium well but it came out burnt. Other than that everything else was great. Their French onion soup was delicious! And the server had us laughing a lot.
Service always great so I cant give less than 5 stars.. but the proportioned sides were very bad and tasted like they were microwaved or something. Booooo
Food came mooing RAW!!!!! I ordered uber eats take out 11/23/2020. By the way I ordered my steak well done. I had to finish cooking it at home. Very upset oooooh and on top of that I did not recieve my appetizers. Great!!!!!!
