While at my appointment for an ankle sprain, I was asked if I participated in sports. When I explained that I did not with COVID-19 being a factor, I was told there were plenty of outside sports like tennis, golf, and soccer. In addition to homeschooling 2 children (who were both at the appointment with me), working a 40 hour work week from home, cooking, cleaning, doing the laundry, & my large bust, Im sad to say I simply dont have the time or the luxury of playing tennis. I was made to feel like I was the one being rude and combative. My experience was enough to encourage me to seek assistance elsewhere for a follow up.

This is the worst orthopedic practice I’ve ever experienced. My son broke his wrist and they could not even put on the cast correctly. I went there for a broken humerus bone and I couldn’t even get a proper sling. The physicians assistant was like a robot. And she didn’t even look at my arm let alone ask me one question.nI am now going to blue Ridge orthopedic and spine Center in Warrenton Virginia and they are so much better.

Dr Robinson was ok. Nurses and staff were pleasant. Dr Robinson left the area and I was completely ok with that. I felt I could have received better care.

My 14 year old daughter broke her arm rollerskating. Dr. Robinson and her nurses were professional, and efficient. We never waited and I was very happy with my expierience, so much so I am going to be a patient myself with a shoulder issue I’m having.
