Great nurses, nurse practitioner and staff! While the phone services are not great (line was extremely busy and took an hour to speak to someone). Once I got through they promptly made an appointment for covid and flu testing. The NP was extremely thorough and took the time to check all of my symptoms and assisted with proper after care and kept telling me they hoped I get better soon. Very nice staff.

Extremely rude front desk staff, I have been waiting for over an hour as have MANY others so I walked up to the counter and asked how much longer would the wait be, I was told another hour and if I didn’t like it here I could leave... VERY professional! Considering your job is in a patient care facility

I got here and got off the phone with them at 4:26. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait. Totally understandable as this is the time of COVID, and they were busy. It is now 7:22. Almost 3 hours later and have had absolutely NO communication from them. I understand that they are busy. The wait time is not what I'm upset about. They should have called and informed me they are running over, but they did not bother. 3 hours and no help later. I will never use them again due to their lack of communication.

Really slow and they charge quite alot. $130 for their basic checkup and they do the normal blood pressure and check the ears talk to you for 20 minutes then charge you 130. And i read all the reviews medexpress responded back with and their all copy and pasted. Not a genuine response back just some auto response just so the person can come back and give them more money
