Great knowledgeable staff with the new management in place! Sprint service is the best in Bedford!
Whenever I call customer service they are never NEARLY as nice and helpful than this new staff in our town of Bedford. They are nice, polite, and helpful in every way! I will go to this location whenever I have an issue. Well done!

This store has the worst service. I went to move my 5 lines to sprint had all my info ready and all my devices are paid off and unlocked. The sales rep was no help an after almost an hour I left with nothing done. I would understand if the store was busy but, being the only customer with us three sales reps in the store porting five numbers and activating plans on all my devices Should have been an easy process. I warn anybody looking to switch to sprint to steer clear of the Bedford va location.
I was at the Sprint store in Bedford next to Walmart and the girl Cheyenne helped everyone with patience and complete focus on each customer. Sprint needs to know they have a valued employee with this girl, Cheyenne. When it came my turn she knocked out each problem until all my issues were fixed.
