Friendly and helpful! A sales associate was busy with another customer, the manager came right up to help. I was a bit nervous because I really wasn’t even sure what size windshield wipers I needed. He helped me find the size I needed then explained the differences in style/price.nThe associate who rung me up was very kind and helpful, even asking if I needed help installing them!
The staff is very helpful and go all out to help you my favorite go to place if I need car parts.
4 of 4 employees at counter not wearing masks or didn't have their noses covered! Had check engine light on and asked for scan. Staff informed me codes indicated problem with air sensor and nothing to worry about. Didn't make it home before car broke down! Problem per mechanic is alternator. Expect better!
If you've seen one AutoZone you've seen them all. Nothing really special. The staff here is relatively knowledgeable and they do their best with their customer base. Pre covid-19 restrictions you could get in and out pretty quickly so long as you didn't go on a Friday night or during the weekend. Know what you are looking for in advance, trust me it helps. My advice is to hit up the website ahead of time and use the store location tool to see if your item is in stock. It helps everybody, especially if you end up going in on a day where they're unloading the truck.
