David's Bridal - Corporate Office

I ordered my wedding dress a month ago. It was set to arrive today but it was canceled and they didn’t bother to call or let me know. It wasn’t until I called did they confirm it wasn’t arriving. They offered me a sample dress as a replacement with alterations as the one I wanted they don’t have in my size. No refund. No I’m sorry this happens. My wedding is on less than a week.

I have ordered my dress and my flower girl’s dress online and both times they’ve left the security tags on them. It’s not a big deal but a major inconvenience. My closest David’s is over an hour from me. I’ve already had to make the drive once and now I have to find time to do it again.

My sister-in-law (the bride), my mother-in-law (the MOB), and myself had a disappointing experience at one David’s bridal which left my MOB feeling just awful. I called corporate and was able to discuss what happened and they were very apologetic and helpful. They called the specific store we were at to get to the bottom of what happened. They confirmed my story, we then went to the David’s bridal in Manhattan at 45 W 25th St, the service was fantastic. There we were helped by both Fran and the manager Jennifer, who really went above and beyond for us.nnIf you have an experience that’s less than satisfying, corporate will listen. They want to empower women and in this case they ended up giving my mother-in-law the experience she deserved.nnThank you to everyone who was so helpful and caring.

David's Bridal will not ship their dresses to US military. If you order in store, their archaic computer system cannot associate an address with your order so you have to call them when it comes in and provide an address over the phone for them to ship it to you. I have never been so frustrated with all hoops I have to jump through to buy this stupid dress.

My bridesmaid's and I had an appointment on Saturday and we couldn't be happier. The main reason this appointment went so well was because of the young lady that was helping us. We were at the brookfield location and the young lady that helped us was amazing! Her name was Sydney and thanks to her our day went very smoothly and most importantly we had a lot of fun. Davids bridal is lucky to have Sydney on their team!!
