Mountainview Free Standing ER

Dr. Stacy Prescott is Unprofessional, Uncaring and Lacking Compassion and needs a dose of Humility Dr. Stacy Prescott was too busy patting herself on the back about her credentials and boasting about going to the easiest Ivy League College to get into, which is Brown, that she didn't take the time to do the Number One most important thing... listen to her patients. Dr. Prescott is very condescending and had the audacity to tell me to stay off Google when I'm a highly educated medical professional who saw her with a life threatening illness and she refused to do any labs, MRI, MRA, CT or Ultrasound. I had to beg for appropriate treatment and got bare minimum and was minimized by her and gained up on by her and the ER nurse, Dominic working with her. She shouldn't be working if she can't even listen to her patients and run a few tests to rule out what my concerns were. I'm currently being treated for the diagnosis she said unequivocally I didn't have the second she walked into my room without even doing any tests much less an exam on me. I'm disappointed in Dr. Prescott, the nurse, hospital and our Healthcare System. I also called the CEO and was referred to Siddiq, the Community Liason who was essentially useless and told me my care was appropriate when it unequivocally wasn't even close to appropriate. I would give zero stars if I could. I'm going to pursue my complaint with Joint Commission and probably the NM Medical Board. I've been told I owe them $1500.00 out of pocket for the ER Physician's bill because the physicians are out of network when the hospital is listed as in network with my insurance. I am also expected to pay $150.00 copay for the ER bill which is ridiculous when I wasn't treated appropriately. I'll be contacting my insurance and the Attorney General.

Worst place ever. Rude and extremely unprofessional. A "nurse", of some sort, by the name of Dominic.. bald head, tall, heavy set, got in my face and was arguing with me about staying in my room when my daughter was using the restroom, amongst other things. Situation never got fixed, as they're all rude and disrespectful.

Went to this hospital a year ago and my insurance paid the hospital and the Dr. Turns out they do not have doctors working for them. So after paying 2 bills they turned me into a collection co in India! What a mess don't waste your time with this ,uh clinic?

I went into this free standing ER to be treated, however, didn't happen that way! Dr. Emmanuel Gallegos was on duty and only saw me in the triage area and rushed me out. I went in for a concussion since I fell at work and hit my head on the filing cabinet. He stated to me, well, nothing looks broken and now it looks like only a post concussion syndrome. The nurse only did vitals on me, and the provider never examined me. Now the provider tells me this: You will heal, go home and take tylenol only. Since I'm not over 65 years, no need to be seen, since I'm not bleeding and no need to do a CT. Geez, I could have diagnosed myself at home for free. Next time go to the real hospital or even MMC. I ended up getting worse and going to MMC, where I got treated like a real injured patient. This doctor Emmanuel Gallegos doesn't care about the community only his paycheck. Then, had to wait for the nurse to give me discharge paperwork. Took forever, I had to be bugging her (the nurse) so I could leave. So sad, dont even waste your time here!!!

The worst clinic on the planet!! They checked my temperature then after 3 hours waiting I left without being seen. Just got a bill for 436$ for that!! That’s a racket! Not a clinic.
