Would give less than a star if I could, seriously the worst internet ever. No excuse for internet being this slow in 2021

I see all the reviews here are pretty consistent. Terrible overall service and customer support. Internet connection is intermittent and a hard reset of the router is needed multiple times a day. Speed varies greatly when it is actually working. I'm also pretty positive that their customer service department is designed to make it unlikely for you to get through to a person and get frustrated and hang up. I do not understand how a company like this can still be in business. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in most of their markets and are the only one available to offer dsl and phone service. Stay away from them if you have absolutely any other options.
