I’ve stopped by this store 3 times in the last year and received exceptional service each time. I’ve used them for Amazon returns, Apple Care, shredding, and most recently notary services. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended for a variety of services.
Sent a letter out next day air. Unfortunately it was lost for a day by UPS, and an investigation was started. Charlotte, at this location was very instrumental in assisting me with finding the letter. I was very well informed and notified me with every update. They did find my letter in two days. I would highly recommend this location.
I had to send some atv tires back and when the woman who worked there seen me struggling to carry the box she immediately helped out. Just had shoulder surgery so it was a big help.
Got yelled at for putting a small display in a box rather than in a plastic bag from Amazon. Person rolled her eyes and told me that’s not how you’re supposed to do it and let out a sigh. Thought her entire attitude was less than desirable. Not the usual exceptional service I get here, not sure if she was new.
I have been using this UPS for years, never had any issues.
