This is a rating for the outpatient surgery center. The other rating on here was for Quest which is not the same thing! There should be a basic IQ test to write reviews on Google!
Took my friend to Quest Diagnostics for a urine test. We waited in the lobby for over an hour because the only employee working there was taking her time. We finally got called up to the counter at 3, at which point she told us she doesn't do any tests after 3. Very disheartening experience. Inefficient. Poor communication.
