UPMC Outpatient Center

I recently went to UPMC Mercy Southside and was greatly impressed by the experience that I had getting a vaccine. The staff were very 'on top' of things, and, they were so friendly and professional. I let some of the staff know as I was checking out but thought I would add to it here. Thank you!

I am a Florida resident and was in Pittsburgh for a family emergency and needed my Blood Pressure pills refilled. Urgicares would not help. My sister is a UPMC employee and recommended the Jane Street Physician Office. I was emotional and treated with the utmost respect. Every employee from front desk to the exam room were awesome. Austin the PA listened to me and I left with my prescription and respect for all in the office. I have referred them to several friends.

The representative who answered my call had a condescending attitude and made me feel bad.

Called ahead of time as the website advises. Woman who picked up the phone was outright rude and almost hostile. Won't be going here, and I suggest others do the same. Go somewhere where they actually care about their patients.

The medical assistance who work there are terrific. I was impressed by their professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for the health n safety of their patients.
