Visited yesterday, walked in without a mask due to medical issues (have doctor's note to prove) was treated like a leper. Never been so insulted. Asked a question, got very snotty replies. Was ORDERED to stay away from other customers and the entire store was empty except for 5 of us: the other two people I walked in with and two employees. So nice of people to not be judgmental. Never going back to this store ever again.
I prefer to patron Famous Footwear stores for their quality products, decent prices and sales. I wasn't looking for anything this past visit but I left with a pair of Khombu boots and a pair of Nike sneakers, both were on clearance, for a total of $110. I wanted these boots last year but didn't want to pay full price. Glad I came across them and will enjoy wearing them this Winter ❄ufe0f!

Music blaring, too hot and have to go across the store to find a seat to try shoes on - I LEFT!
