The rooms were very clean. Nice big thick bath towels. The whole place was immaculate. Too much chlorine in the air in pool area.
We had 2 rooms across the hall from each other. Had a great time. Pool could have been a bit warmer. Breakfast was a nice option of grab and go items due to covid-19.
Fine for smoking 378 dollars we cleaned the room spotless claim ashes on the floor but that is also very untrue we cleaned it very spotless. And we made sure of that. A 378 dollar fine is extreme and there was a whole loud party and their fine isn’t even ours we didn’t leave it a pigsty smoking fee should at least be 100 max. Room next to us was smoking and throwing a party
The place was convenient & clean. The only problem, which was HUGE, happened throughout the night. There were people literally running around the hotel, up & down stairs, slamming on the emergency doors, & being loud. At one point someone knocked on our door very loud at 1 or 2 am & scared my children. I will admit I was nervous too. This should of never happening and the hotel needs to hire someone who can work that important shift that can handle issues like this.nThe whole family was tired in the morning in which we had a function to attend the whole day with a 4 hour ride back home.
Very nice place, the host i had even helped dig me out of the snow. I'm not don't with my stay yet but I've enjoyed it and the great hospitality shown. I've been to plenty of inns and hotels and this place definitely is high on that list. Would definitely come again
