They have all the basic ingredients you need and they do CO2 exchanges so this is usually a 1-stop shop for all your homebrew needs. If you want special grains/yeast/hops they might have them, but you wont know till you show up cause they don't answer the phone (Since one guy is doing all the work for customers lol)nnThey also do not let you pick you own grains, yeast or hops and the one guy running the store must do all the work no matter how many customers are waiting.

Went to this location Saturday 12/26/2020 and they had almost nothing available, which given the time of year I wasn't upset about and is not the reason for my 1 star review. The kid working there wanted nothing to do with us and made us feel like a burden the entire time we were there for asking for beer making ingredients. Even that I was willing to overlook and write off as him having a bad day. However, after spending over $100 on ingredients and returning home with the box of grains and hops, I discovered he had mixed the various grains together in the same bag. So now I have to try and separate everything for the different batches of beer I am trying to brew, which have very different grain bills. very unprofessional, and clearly does not care about the needs of the customer. I will not be returning to this location and will not be recommending this place to anyone else.

I normally go to the Homebrew emporium in Weymouth and I enjoy going there. They are clean organized knowledgeable. This location on Saturday 12/26/2020 was none of those. Had nothing in stock and the man working there seamed annoyed at our presence, and messed up my grain order. I called 3 times to make sure that they were open and on the 4th try they answer the phone. I really don't plan on going back ever.

There are 2 reasons to buy beer making equipment in person instead of online. 1. You can go look and see what you're buying and purchase it today and bring it home. 2. You support a local business. If this place actually kept stock of it's equipment, I would buy local. They said they are out of everything and that I picked the wrong time of year to start making beer. If it's busy this time of year, why not stock more stock? Come back Thursday? I can have anything I want delivered in 2 days max.
