Have been taking my daughter there since grammar school for a reward for being an excellent student..now in high school we still frequent it..Owner is very pleasant and friendly!!!One of the best selection of candy around!!
I've walked from Great Brook Valley to Parkers Penny Candy store back in the early 60's. It's so nostalgic to be able to frequent this store as I did when I was a child. A lot of the items you just don't see anymore and it's a great place that holds my memories dear. Thank you for carrying on this tradition as it for me, and now my grandchildren, 50+ years later.
i went there on a tuesday and they were open. i went again CLOSED
Awesome little penny candy store with great old stuff you remember and new stuff
I wanted to like this place a lot more, but in all honesty, it wasn't worth the money. The selection was a little lacking, and the costs were higher than I thought they should be. There just want enough selection. The people were nice, and they had free popcorn, but just too much novelty candy and not enough quality stuff.
