I was happy with the branch but when I refi'd my mortgage to Santandar it has been the WORST experience ever. I understand that the loan biz is booming but the customer service, the online banking app and overall experience has made me want to close all my accounts and go to another bank. I will never do business with Santandar again.
Epic incompetence. Brought all account holders today to unlock and close my dad's old checking account, because, though it was locked so WE couldn't access it, fraudulent withdrawals remained a regular occurrence! Were unfortunately unable to make a needed change to his new account, because my mother, dead for 16 mo., wasn't there to sign anything. Neither of the TWO copies of her death certificate provided in the past were on file. I recommend any other bank than Santander Bank!
Very disappointed of service provided by manager. I didn’t find him professional at all. I been a customer for 12 plus years in this bank & this is first time I am writing a review.nHe wasn’t ready to give refunds which Santander bank employee made errors for .nI was about to close all my account but Santander bank in Leominister fix issue & apologize for their mistake.
