Our server, Carlos, was amazing. He didn't write anything down but got everything right. He is a gentleman who was there when we needed him but didn't harass us at all. The manager came by late in the meal to make sure everything was good and thanked us for choosing LongHorn when there are many other choices. First Class all the way. Highly recommended.
At the moment you come to that place they give you an agreeable feeling. Very courteous stuff, it is a good restaurant to enjoy with friends or with your date. yummy meals, talented chief cook and stuff, good price and attentive service. Highly recommended.
Service was incredibly slow. Took well over an hour and 20 minutes to get our entries. We did have an appetizer and drinks that came in an appropriate time but no explanation or apology from anyone as to why the delay.. Food was good but will not return. To bad. Would have given a good review if someone had made an effort to give an explanation or comp us the app or a drink. Just poor service.
They have great steaks and other foods. The service is great. The prices are reasonable. I had a steak there and it was cooked exactly as I wanted. It tasted great.
I want to say that Longhorns ( in Plaistow NH ) Is the only place I go to for a steak either rib eye or Prime Rib . It’s always cooked the way I want it. But I’ll have to say sometimes I’ve found the service is poor there . We either have someone who’s very good & then it’s like we don’t even have a server. Don’t let my experience stop you from going. It’s still a 5 star ⭐ufe0f I hope we all have a good server when we go. I’m even going there tonight to celebrate are 20 th wedding Anniversary ud83eudd73ud83eudd73ud83eudd73
