Ordered some shredtown 2018 slingshot bindings at a size 11 and got expedited shipping on them to have them for a fun weekend. Got the boots but they were the wrong size and didn’t even come with mounting brackets. Huge inconvenience and spent so much money on them. I understand mistakes happen but this dampened my weekend to say the least. The only way they compensated me for the inconvenience was by refunding the shipping which I appreciate but the 20$ compared to the 330 I spent is pretty much negligiable. The reason they wouldn’t compensate me for the inconvenience anymore was because they claimed I was already getting a deal on them. Unfortunately I know this isn’t true because the park I go to told me they’d sell them to me for 280(10%above cost) once they got my size, however I couldn’t wait which is why I stupidly paid more and got the speedy shipping. Won’t be ordering from them again anytime soon (or ever for that matter) especially because I can go eslewhere for cheaper and better service.nAlso called the place twice and got sent to voicemail, their phone service isn’t anything good either. Do not shop from here unless you enjoy horrible service.
