Bad customer service. Bought a puff bar for $20 (outrageous price by the way) that was completely clogged and went back, they refused to refund me or give me a new one. I’ve never had problems like this at other smoke shops. Will not go back again and would not recommend to anyone.
Always getting drawn into a most excellent conversation with one of the cashiers... Very helpful at finding what I need for my mod.
For their puff bars they're like $6 dollars cheaper than everywhere else!
This place is awesome. So decided if I'm going to smoke then I'll roll my own. Got a great smoke maker and rolls and tobacco for a reasonable price. The guy behind th counter was very helpful and informative.
Placed an order online and never received it. No answer on the phone, No response to my many emails. Zero stars. Avoid this shop!
