I have always found the UPS employees to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. If they can do it they will or try hard to do their best to accomplish it or send you somewhere else that can. The employees and owner make a huge difference at this location. They are patient and always willing to help. They offer services like copying, printing and more. It's not a big space, so be prepared to possibly be standing in line outdoors due to distancing requirements. The line generally moves quickly.

Pretty much the same as most UPS stores. Doing a great job of adhering to covid public health recommendations.

It's convenient!! You need extra time and patience when you go. There is a line for services.

They charge you for little bags to do amazon returns. This is the only ups store that has made me repackage returns for them. Also didn’t get a manager when I requested.
