I have an Irish Setter and have been coming here for her grooming for the past few years. I have always been pleased with the service and the results of her grooming. The grooming has always been to breed standard. This time the groomer obviously did not follow breed standard and did not cut her legs for “feathers.” She will mat; that is what happens with the breed when they are not groomed correctly. Now at the next appointment, they will charge extra to shave mats as they did this time.
I would have given the fifth star if at least one employee would have greeted me when I entered the store and if at least one employee approached me while I was shopping. Neither of those happened. However while checking out the employee who checked me out was super friendly and even went online to see if any of the 3 items I purchased were on sale through their website. Overall my experience at this particular store was a good one.

Awesome location. We were highly impressed with the veterinarian service, getting our dog all of her vaccines and a microchip for under $100. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
Sadly, you are eliminating all dog foods that are cornmeal based, and because of that I will no longer be able to shop for dog food at your store. I had found Purina, but you eliminated that type of dog food. Then I found Eukanuba, but you are eliminating that brand as well. My dog actually has seizures when he has those non-cornmeal based dogfood. So I will have to shop at Walmart from now on. Because you are not carrying what my dog needs.
