It's a all around shopping for almost everything a person needs.
Nobody there to help us with storage sheds! There should be more than one person ! ud83dude1d
Two parts of the store that have completely different levels of service.nPart 1: Product on shelves is excellent and staff who roam this part of store are excellent. Helpful and courteous.nPart 2: Customer service desk gives consistently poor service. Staff have a don't care attitude, they struggle to find oders, and are terrible communicators if you call the store for help. It's as if working customer service desk is some huge promotion and the staff feels as if they no longer need to care about customers.nThe store is great if know what want and can walk in and buy it.
I arrived last night for a today delivery and went in last night to do some shopping. A little low on the plants seeing that is all I wanted, but was approached by numerous employees asking if I needed assistance. The lady who unloaded me this morning is an amazing worker. Quick and very efficient I wish she could go around to the places we deliver to and show em how it’s done.
