The owner is great, willing to help you find exactly tickles your fancy.

Went in looking for a certain item and owners weren't afraid to order it for me. They even offered to order it. They also went the extra mile and ordered catalogs for my future purchases. They didn't have to order the items but they did and it was awesome! Saved me a trip to medford. The customer service was great! They are super friendly and nice.

They do all kinds of things based around sports and awards and does most of the awards for the town and local colleges. Small shop, just a couple employees and the owner. Never experienced a mistake requiring correction or replacement. They are on point
