The store is as Michael's stores are, clean and organized with a decent selection. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Would give higher rating but lost stars from all the homeless people you have to get through camped in front of the store. Typical for Klamath falls though at every store. Homeless people living in entry ways...I won't let my wife go by herself to this store for fear of her safetynUpdate they kicked the homeless out of the store front and cleaned it up. Looks good now!

Family friendly. Excellent customer service with all employees and managers together. Deserves high service award winning team building communication.
