Hillrise Medical Center

Expect to spend all day here. The staff is beyond rude. They don’t follow up when they say they would. You spend 2+ hours in the waiting room. But when you have a uneducated, lazy staff it makes the whole place run not so smoothly. I had my appointment at 10 and at 10am when I was scheduled the doctor wasn’t even here and there was 8 people in front of me. AGAIN, this isn’t a one tim thing. This is every time I have an appt.

Absolutely unprofessional couple running the show here. The doctors husband tries to open a new business every few years and is absolutely SHADY to work for. During my employment the doctor made me feel very uncomfortable and even made jealous comments regularly while I was working for her husband. I would not recommend this place in a million years the doctors mind is obviously side tracked with her husbands business affairs.

Horrible service. Would rate no stars but I can’t. Waited two hours until we walked out and the doctor was just outside our door chitchatting. I don’t understand why a doctor would do this to her patients. It just says so much about her. She knows medicine but don’t to treat people with this much disrespect, you’re not doing me a favor, we are paying for your service. Not coming back that’s for sure. On top of it staff looks like they are homeless. Sorry but the way you look at work does matter!!

Incompetency at its best! The lack of concern that the staff demonstrated for 88 year old patient needed a refill on a blood thinner is shameful. Las Cruces deserves better.

Would rate zero stars... I come in on time for appointment and it takes them over 3 hours to get me into the exam room. Unprofessional and rude front desk and nurses, I swear I can run a better medical center and I'm a senior in Biochemistry Undergraduate degree. Find another clinic!
