The girl that helped me, Tanya I believe was her name, something like that, was extremely helpful. I was going to shop around and compare, but she showed me all the wonderful features of the bird cage, and showed me how to get the order with on line cost sale cost ( That's a really big deal) and I was sold. No need to shop around. The cage I bought is wonderful and I'm so pleased. I wish other workers would go above and beyond to help customers. She shines for you at Petco in Roseburg Oregon!!

Super disappointed. I had grooming set up for both my dogs. Last time I was there they told me about a prescription I could get my dog to help with anxiety. So I talked to my vet and got some. Took her to her grooming appointment and they said they wouldn’t take her because she could have a heart attack while on the med. I was like are you kidding me. Never going back

Great variety in toys for our Lab. She destroys them within a few hours, so we're back getting new ones often. Had a puppy obedience class, and our instructor was awesome. We still implement what she taught us to this day.

Not crowded. Everyone masked up.I was in the store less than five minutes. Got my dog food and left. Cashier was pleasant and helpful.

Customer service was excellent during this visit. I really appreciate staffs helpful advice and going out of their way to hear my questions and concerns
