Usually good food with reasonable prices and friendly staff.nnUnfortunately tonight was a bad night. Ordered curbside... after seeing others go inside and bring food out from curbside... and it was after the time anticipated, I went inside and was ignored by 2 wait staff. I seen a to go bag at the bar, and after being ignored I walked over to ask if this was my order. Bartender was rude, told me to take it if I wanted.nGot home, close to right order, except appetizer was missing artichoke dip and my quesadilla burger was burnt beyond my liking.nHad to rate 1 star tonight.

My food came by cold. Sent back to rhe kitchen and received a new order in its place. This was much better but the chicken seemed to be missing sauce. Feel Applebee's used to be allot better than it now is.

Went to Applebee's for dinner. Our server was NOT friendly. She didn't bring us menus until we asked, she kept forgetting to bring things we asked for and she forgot to put the kids meal order in until after the adults got our food. We did get help from a different server who was very friendly and helpful, Deserai, who actually brought us our food. But our Spinach Dip had a hardened layer of cheese on top and my food was semi-cold, leading me to believe that it had been sitting in the window for a long time. They were also out of pepper and salt packets and crayons. There were multiple employees sitting around a table in the bar for a long period of time which did not seem professional. I remember this Applebee's used to be friendly, energized, professional and enjoyable to have dinner in. I thought I'd take a look at recent reviews for this Applebee's and I wish I would have done so before I went because it appears a lot of other people have had similar sentiments. Applebee's Corporate should figure out what is happening here

If I could could it less then 1 star I would. Horrible non existence of service. Rude/disappearing staff. Never got served. Never acknowledged. Ended up walking out. Went somewhere else.

Got upset at another restaurant so we came here for my daughter's birthday and I'm glad we did! The server Sam (female) was amazing and fast even though she was on the floor solo, the food came out fast, hot and on point and the whole staff sang our daughter happy birthday at the end! Great experience, we will so be back!!! Thank you Sam for always being so kind!
