Terrible care and scheduling for Astoria office. They rescheduled on the day of the appointment. They admitted that we had priority, but they were backlogged. I assume it's because their office staff or care providers are incompetent. Because, when we were finally seen, they also failed register my family member for Accutane. Now, we restart the month-long process which involves lack of care, more tests, and time due to their mistake of bad practices and negligence. It would probably be better to make a drive elsewhere.

Communication is abysmal. Their electronic chart is barren.

I saw Todd Williams for adult hormonal acne as well as getting some moles checked. He is so knowledgeable, patient and kind. He worked with my lifestyle and truly respected my personal choices. I had horrible scarring cystic acne for the last few years and now my face is clear and glowing. I highly recommend Todd at Silverfalls Dermatology!

More than thirty days to get a simple authorization from my insurance carrier for a simple procedure because they use a third party contractor for authorizations. My local doctor got an MRI approved in 24 hours from same provider. Last visit I arrived fifteen minutes early and waited more than an hour inside an underheated patient room without seeing a dermatologist. No explanation. I left. This place is about profit and running with a skeleton staff for overhead. Didn't appear busy when I was there. They are the only show in town. And it shows. Poor business management, friendly local staff, who are not to be faulted. Customer service not a priority by Silver Falls owners. Business model needs an overhaul. Check other reviews on Google. I do not recommend. And I'm not a person who usually writes these kinds of reviews about anybody.

Did not wait long for appointment. The staff was nice. Todd Williams MS, FNP-BC was very friendly. He was very thorough and checked all areas. He also did a biopsy on a mole in question. It was painless and he was very comforting. I would recommend HIM to anyone.
