Bayshore Animal Hospital with Dr. K and her staff are the best! They have been taking care of our pets for over 15 years. I highly recommend them❣ufe0f

Always an excellent experience. Excellent doctors and staff. You or your pet would not be disappointed in your veterinary experience!

Wow! The staff is so caring! We had to put down our 14 year old dog, and they were all so sympathetic...even allowed us in to a private room to say goodbye and brought extra tissue. They all offered condolences even on the way out! ♥ufe0f

They've gone above and beyond supporting my geriatric cat and I through his many health issues as he's nearing the end of his life. Dr. Pope is an amazing, kind veterinarian and human.

As much as I wanted to like this vet, they constantly left a bad taste in my mouth. Don't get me wrong; it's clean, up to date and the staff is amazing but I feel like they only care about the money. I understand 'you get what you pay for' but why does it have to be that way when caring for a living thing?nnEvery time you go in for a checkup they will always charge you an exam fee. They also quoted me in the past for dog neutering ~$400 so I went to get him fixed at a different vet for way cheaper. Another visit we had came out to $300 because the vet prescribed my dog probiotics (she didn't disclose I could've bought them in packets and not the whole box) and we also paid for a health certificate that we didn't use. I didn't want to buy the certificate and even expressed that to them but they insisted that I needed it to fly with my dog. The airline ended up not asking for it at all.nnThe final straw I had with this place was when my dog passed away. A lot of the reviews say that they are very caring and compassionate, but that wasn't the case for us. Our dog passed away in a horrible accident and we really tried our best to rush over but they said they could only stay open for a few more minutes. They even suggested we put our dog's body in a freezer until they opened on Monday but we really couldn't bring ourselves to do that. After spending so much money and being a regular at this vet you would've thought they would care more. Nope.nnWe ended up calling a different vet and they were closing soon too but waited an extra 20 minutes for us no problem.
