I love how friendly we are treated. They always make sure we are in the right place and doesn’t take long to be treated. Urgent Care makes sure you can be treated ASAP. You can check their website how long until you will be treated and which urgent care will treat you fast. I love the updates the clinics have done to help their patients!!!

I've had several appointments in recent time that were schedule with incorrect doctors each time. Still got billed for something they did wrong. Been told that I wasn't a patient. Been billed for things that has nothing to do with me. These people are reckless and negligent, just like the neighboring hospital building.

My appointment was at 11. I got to my appointment 45 min early. I drove all the was from Kalama, WA. Absolutely the worst service I've had in a doctors office. Three receptionist only one working. The attitude was outrageous. Currently still sitting in the waiting room.

Pretty sure they do not care about the patient. I spent three hours here in a room to only see the doctor twice. Spent two and a half hours sitting by myself waiting for answers and when he came back told me he didnt know.

Not sure if they actually care about the people they see (or the people who try to see them), or if they're just there for the pay check.
