CMH/OHSU Cardiology Clinic

I was a patient of Dr Greenberg’s until he told me last summer he was taking some time off. He told me to make my 6 month follow up appointment in January 2020 as normal. At that point they did not have anyone to take his place but they would have someone to see me then. The receptionist made me an appointment for January 23, 2020. She assured me that there would be someone to see me then.nI arrived for my appointment on January 23, 2020 at 11:00 AM. she did not have my on the schedule for that day or any day. She started looking up my records and said “I see you were a patient of Dr Greenberg and you have no appointment.” I told her that I was told I’d have an appointment with someone new (in fact it was her that scheduled the appointment and gave me a card). Then she started looking for an appointment. She asked me to take seat and and wait while she looked fir an appointment. She found one (2/26/20). She said she was sorry and I had to ask her who I’d be seeing on that day. There was no business card.nThe more I thought about this the more I was annoyed. Why wasn’t I contacted. In fact, when Suzanne called in November to report to me about my pacemaker report she confirmed my appointment in January.nI know how busy all the physician’s are here and that is one reason I never re-schedule an appointment. I value each physician’s time but this should have not happened.

Staff was friendly and polite. The Dr was knowledgeable and helpful. My overall visit was very good.

While I like Dr. Rinkevich and the staff at CMH Cardiology when you make an appointment they continue to cancel and reschedule and cancel and reschedule your appointment. I had my ecogrech Feb 18,2019 and still haven't had my follow up appointment for the results. So if you want to have friendly staff but feel like you don't matter and can't get in .. here's the place to go
