Why is it that on more than one occasion my experience with this Clinic is that they cannot help me? I have tried to provide information about my mother's care there (89 yo), once a summary of a visit with a provider outside their office (mail returned to me), and the second time regarding the Oregon Advanced Directive? I arrived with a electronic copy, but they couldn't accept that, So, I guess I have to leave, go back to Utah, and try to mail them a paper copy. Pretty stupid. I hope they don't have a monopoly on Medical Care in this area.
