I call all the time, super patient staff, very helpful, always have quarters for laundry day!
Gets pretty bad when you can't get quarters for your business vfw has 2different accounts and when can't get quarters for both accounts it's pretty bad business
If you need a bank that has experience, if you need a bank that keeps up with technology and if you need a bank that will allow you to sleep at night while they handle your money go somewhere else. Doesn’t matter , anywhere else. There customer service skills are unmatched but their banking acumen leaves much to be desired. Trust me, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
