I was looking for a recreational vehicle but really needed a machine to clear snow and couldn’t wait for a special ordered plowing machine. I worked with Ben and he was very helpful getting me everything I needed, including a new Can Am Defender with all the accessories I needed to clear snow. The whole team was great! The machine is a lot of fun and very useful. It was all set up when it was delivered and I’ve been driving it daily since received. Also, kudos to the shop and to Troy who brought it out to my home. Thanks to everyone at MPS Hamilton.
Great motorcycle shop! Went in for some information for a bike I've been looking for Thomas, staff to be super friendly and helpful got everything I needed. Will definitely be back!
These guys have great service, honest and have been very helpful with accessories. They have improved their customer service immensely over the past month or two.
I've have had quite abit of experience with Montana Power Products over the last 10 years. I have bought 2 new motorcycles from them. They are probably the best place to buy a new motorcycle, their prices are hard to beat. But their customers service is terrible! After you buy something from them they treat you like they don't really care about you. They just want to make a sale and be done with you. I know im not the only one that has had this problem a few of my friends and family member as well have had the same problem.
Spoke with Greg on the phone and he was exceptionally helpful! He took the time to make my inquiry his personal responsibility and resolved it.
