The staff here are great. I was new to fly fishing and they taught me how to use my rod in the backyard before my purchase. I can't recommend them enough. Their guides are extremely knowledgeable as well and quick to offer you advice.
Of all the fly shops I've visited FreeStone in Hamilton is one of the best. Great selections if gear and accessories, professional staff, spotless, great selection of flies. BTW, Jeff and his team are some of the best guides you'll find anywhere. The Bitteroot is incredible and the trout cooperate!
Was in need of a fishing license. Very helpful and customer friendly even though they weren't gonna earn any significant amounts of cash off of me.
