Aurora was a wonderful help with my new Samsung S20+ phone. I'm very happy with it and stoked with the camera!

The people were nice but I couldn’t believe the waste of time to get a phone turned on!! We came in to activate a phone and we spent 2 1/2 hours trying to figure out how to get it on with the sales rep. He said- “come back later tonight and I’ll have it ready”. So we came back the next day, 2 MORE hours on hold with customer service on the phone WITH the customer service rep in the store. These people need to get it together, it shouldn’t be a 4-5 hour process to turn on a $100 phone.

They are absolutely wonderful!!! Mica worked hard to help me. My 86-yr. old husband had been had been sold an LG phone that was way beyond his ability to use by shysters in Pocatello even though they had agreed with me on the phone he needed. Mica worked hard to help me return it. I will be forever grateful for his help and consideration!! I wish we lived closer so we could use them more often. Thank you SO much!

Aurora is the best Verizon employee to ever exist. Give her a raise she works too hard

I’m the straight arrow type of customer and the staff here doesn’t beat around the bush and try to high pressure sell. What you’ll get is actual product knowledge and if they don’t the answer to one of your questions, they don’t blow smoke up your you know what... they find out for you or try to find alternative solutions. What separates this place from other stores I’ve been in is the staff seems to always identify the buyers needs instead of telling people what they think they need. For such a little shop in our big valley, this place will always get your questions answered, problems solved and usually in a quick time frame. Solid shop here.
