St. Luke's Clinic Obstetrics and Gynecology: Twin Falls, 775 Pole Line

I am currently in my first pregnancy, and was very worried and scared. I live out of town in a place with terrible health care so I drive two hours to get here. The staff is very understanding and helpful. I dont see one particular doctor but am bouncing around and have not been treated poorly once. They always put my mind at ease and are willing to help if I don't understand something. Once I have my baby I plan on staying as a patient despite the long drive.

I have been treated by Rosario Smith here for about two years now and have never had a good experience there. She has horrible bedside manner and I always leave appointments with her feeling confused and hopeless. I once needed a test done and when I showed up for the test, she hadn't even ordered it (she told me to come in on that day!) She does not explain things well and then makes you feel like an idiot for asking for clarification. Furthermore, it is very difficult to get in contact with her office. My husband and I have been trying to call today for 4 hours and it seems they're still at lunch. Please go elsewhere for any of your obstetrics and gynecology needs.
