Cassia Regional Hospital

I feel that my actual experience at the hospital was fine. I just had blood work done. The staff was pleasant. Although my frustration has been with the billing, I have received a bill every month for the last 9 months, I’ve paid it twice, (unknowingly) because I had so many doctors bills coming in at the time. After continuing to receive bills I finally figured out that I’d paid it twice and called in to see why I was still getting billed. Customer service was poor and didn’t know why I was still getting billed and also had no idea how to get the bills to stop coming. I called again after another month and getting another bill. Talked to another customer service representative, she said she would refund the amount I over paid but wasn’t sure why I was still getting billed each month, she was not apologetic or polite. I will avoid this hospital from now on, mostly because I wonder how often this is happening. Hospital bills are confusing enough, and there is a lack of trust here.

I have been coming to the lab for a couple of years now for regular lab work. Cris is wonderful! She is cheerful and very good at her job. She always does a great job and makes me feel comfortable. She remembers me and asks about my family!! Won’t go anywhere else for lab work!

Very pleasant experience. Enjoyed the young lady who checked me in and then Chris, the young lady who drew my blood was also very pleasant and did not even leave a bruise!

This is a fun place to volunteer. The staff is always friendly and positive. Geri is slways there to assist, give directions and motivate you. Keeps you informed and up todate.
