absolutely disgusting treatment from dr. Charles M. Reynolds. he was extremely aggressive first meeting him. i asked him politely to not poke and prod my injury as the previous doctor just made the pain 10x worse, with nothing to help me. he got extremely defensive, and without letting me finish what i was trying to tell him he interupts and tells me he has to take a look to diagnose me. (i get that but heed my feelings first please). after the appointment, i asked politely again for a few days of pain relief. as they were only able to help me for a few hours, in which he told me to come back and spend more money for the same treatment that didnt work in the first place. after i asked how this was a logical approach, he continuously berated me for about 5+ minutes, on how i couldnt have possibly been treated any better. and condescendingly antagonized me back and fourth aggressively until i just droped the conversation and walked away.ni totally understand if you cant give a patient the medicine he/she wants or feels they need, thats life.... but to continuously harass a patient, raising his stress and making his symptoms worse, is just a disgusting act for a medical professional to do. especially when your patient is in a long bout of extreme pain, and already in a sensitive position. your job is to be kind and understanding to EVERY ONE NO MATTER WHAT.ni am deeply upset and offended at my experience today. and hope this sick individual isnt allowed to continue harassing and hurting the people hes suppose to be helping. sticking someone with a needle is 50% of your job, but 50% is also being a decent person to the people you interact with.nagain this is because of Charles M Reynolds MD at the ontario oregon emergency room

My wife went to the emergency room with chest pains emergency roon doctor sent her home after a couple hours. Saying she was fine. She was passings out several times a day. He said her passing out was due to a unitary tract infection?? Im not a doctor but 202 / 109 blood pressure and passing out makes me question a heart condition. We will not go back to this ER.

The ambulance drivers the police officers and all dr and nurses and other staff were absolutely wonderful to my husband.We are not from here and can say if I could give 1000 stars I would..Thank you for your services..
