Under staffed and over worked. Wait time is usually 40 to an hour. Too busy to be compassionate. Not helpful if you are need of real help with more than just minor health issues.

I believe that the doctor is really nice, but I do feel like they don't know what they are doing at all. She blamed me for getting ppl sick when actually SOMEONE GOT ME SICK. My doctor gave me doxycycline for my strep, and when I got home I took it.. Then after taking it I threw up and had diarrhea, my bf looked up the side affects and those were one of them out of many. The doctor SHOULD be able to tell the patients what the side effects are of the medication she gives you. Like a doctor should do right? Be a God damn doctor and do your job. It's seems like they only care bout themselves and not others. My mother is a nurse and she didn't even know what the lady was talking bout.

Rusty is a very caring physician and person. Nice to be around. Makes you feel at ease and explains things thoroughly. And he's handsome!.Hey! What can I say! :) Just being honest!

I love the staff at star medical! Every time I go in, it feels like family. I drive all the way from Nampa just to know I’m getting great care! Highly recommend.

I drive from Boise to Star just to be treated by Bev. She has always been amazing at treating me and my family and not making me feel like I am losing my mind. All staff has always made sure we were taken care of in a timely and professional yet compassionate manner. Again I say we drive all the way from Boise to Star because that is how much we trust Star Medical.
