West Valley Medical Center

I just had back surgery two weeks ago and it went very well. The staff, nurses, PT, OT, CNA's and even Housekeeping were wonderful. Everyone was professional, friendly and so caring. From before and after my surgery everyone who attended to me were just great. It made me feel so much better and safe knowing these knowledgeable and caring people were taking care of me.

Dr. Nutting is so great. She took time to listen. I had a say in my treatment. Very professional.nMy previous doctor tried to shame me. Dr. Nutting didn’t shame me. Treated me with respect.nnDr. Nutting extended lots of grace toward my husband who has mild dementia.nnI highly recommend Dr. Rachael Nutting.

Great care from the check in until I left the next day. You have a nurse in the 3rd floor that is outstanding her name is Sarah. Always a smile listenes to what you have to say and isn't too busy not to help you. I don't know how you can be so happy and caring all the time. Can't say enough great things about her

I checked in for my annual mammogram and was pleased at how successfully everyone distanced and kept me feeling safe. The technician was thorough, gentle and understanding. If you are due, you can be assured that you'll be well taken care of at West Valley Women's Imaging Center.

I went to my Primary Health place. They said I needed to go to the ER. They called ahead. I ultimately had to stay in Cardiac ICU. The staff was AWESOME!! Everyone was very nice and very professional. I can't tell you how nervous I was to be there to begin with. I don't go to Dr's or hospitals that often. But the terrible rumors heard are all very untrue and I found West Valley to be the exact opposite of what I had been hearing. I was pleasantly pleased with my care, diagnosis and follow up treatment. I thank every single one of the people I encountered in the hospital.
