The books are over priced, they're understaffed, and since they switched distributors they don't really stock planners anymore. Buy your books online if you can and avoid the hassle.

Called on phone to check shipping status and a hurried associate told me to call back because “we’re a little busy right now”. What! Why even answer the phone then?After I tried to just get even one of my questions answered, she answered cutting me off “ok sounds good, bye”.
