Saturday Night - There was live music! The servers were exceptional at their job. The food is out of this world. The dough that I used to craft their pizza is like nothing I have ever tasted. Can't all for a better place to meet up with friends! ud83eudd70

We love having this brewery in our neighborhood! The pizzas are great (my favorite is the unusual Caesar Salad Pizza), beers are great and the Bacon Chowder is to die for! We love supporting this local Gem. Visit on your way up to McCall!

We went here for the first time last Saturday. The Cliff Miller Band was awesome. They were packed with a waiting line. Mark (the owner) went out of his way to find us a table. He is truly customer service oriented.

I went to Spring Creek on a Wednesday for lunch and had a burger and a caeser salad. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal. The burger was cooked to perfection with just a hint of pink and the salad was quite fresh. The atmosphere was also nice and very casual. Looking forward to going again and trying the brews and pizza.

On 4/9/21, I visited Spring Creek Brewing Co. located in the upscale Avimor community. I ordered:nnAle Bacon Chowder ($9) - Gouda, haystack potatoes, green onions. This is one of the best beer cheese soup I’ve ever had. It was complex and full of generous chunks of potatoes and other yummy goodness. It is made with their Calibrator, Golden American Ale. The only thing that would’ve made it better would have been the inclusion of a nice warm sourdough roll and butter. This soup is so good that I would have a difficult time driving past Avimor without stopping for a bowl, even if just to go.nnHalf order of Caesar Salad ($7) - Our signature Caesar salad with Chef Kyle’s famous dressing. I liked the presentation but the dressing seemed watered down and lacked flavor. If I had close my eyes while eating it, I wouldn’t have known I was eating a Caesar salad at all. I would not order it again.nnI was impressed with the dining space and the large patios on two sides of the building.
