Dr. Felts and his team are amazing! They care about your weight loss journey and do their best to work with you, meet insurance requirements, and get you on the road to better health for life! I’m so happy I went with a recommendation to go see him and even through COVID, they have been there for their patients. Standards of care are high and it’s an honor to have an incredible surgeon follow his caliber in the Southwest! ❤️

Amazing place to start this new Journey. Staff is kind, very communicative, and supportive. The doctor was very nice in breaking down each procedure in a language that I can understand. I highly recommend anybody that wants to do the surgery to use this team.

There is so many great things to say about this practice. Unfortunately my journey started during the Covid19 pandemic, and I expected my appointment to just be canceled. Instead the practice was very accommodating, and arranged telecommunications and video visits. The staff is absolutely amazing! They are very knowledgeable about insurance requirements, and quick to answer any questions. Dr. Felts is amazing! He took his time and answered all my questions. He explained everything upfront, told me what to expect, and what real expectations to have after the surgery. They also have in house psych evaluations and nutritionists, it was so nice not having to find those on my own. Justin Boland was who I seen for my psych evaluation. I was nervous, and he put my nerves at ease. Although I haven’t seen the nutritionist yet, I expect them to be great, just based on the other interactions I’ve had with this staff. I would definitely recommend to practice to my family and friends.

From start to finish of my procedure the entire staff and Dr. Felts were great. Very informative and super friendly and caring staff. I send all of my patients there and they have all been very happy with the services provided. Big thanks to Memorial Wellnes Center and Weight loss Center
