I don't appreciate being made to take my mask off for my MRI.nI had a cloth one with me, But they made me put one of their paper masks on, But it had a metal strip in it. If they expect patients to put their masks on, Then for the love of God give them one that can be used during the mri. Not happy with the excuse either!

Wouldn't have gone here if I was presented the cost prior to getting x-rays taken of my finger (three views). I assumed if IMI had Health West's referral, the cash price would be fair to slightly overpriced. I was wrong. Received my bill later for $500, which was reduced to $300 for a cash discount. Would not go here unless absolutely necessary. Two stars for polite and competent service otherwise.

Today while checking my daughter in for a CT scan the woman was playing online poker on her phone she had to keep asking me to repeat myself because she would attend to her hand in between each question. The rest of the staff was kind and professional. In a time I am extremely worried about a mass in my daughters head a little more attention would have been nice. After insurance it was $300 out of pocket that’s a ton of money and I expect a little better costumer service.

My mother who is deaf had an MRI scheduled at this office. When we arrived they told us that the appointment was moved to an earlier time and we were late. After making a couple calls I found out that they had scheduled an interpreter and allowed that interpreter to change the time of my mother’s appointment to better fit her schedule. All of this was done without any contact or input from my mother who was the patient!! The secretary was able to “squeeze her in,” but that resulted in us being there for nearly two hours for a 30-45min appointment.nn1. My mother should have been asked if she wanted an interpreter.nn2. This office should have asked another certified interpreter to cover the appointment if that interpreter was busy at the selected time.nn3. At very least my mother should have been asked if it was okay to change the time of the appointment and given the opportunity to confirm the change.nn4. Office staff should have apologized rather than lying that the referring doctor’s office changed the time ( I verified that this wasn’t true).nnI’m very disappointed this was allowed to happen and our deaf community is subjected to this kind of treatment.nnI sent an email to the owner with further details and never got a response!

Great staff and very friendly. Always a pleasant experience at this facility. I would recommend Idaho medical imagining for all your imaging needs.
