D.L. Evans Bank

So I received a substantial amount of money on a gift card from here and of course being in a relationship I always give half to my other half! Well I understand that you cannot receive actual money from the card but they will not let you buy another gift card so you are essentially splinting the gift card you received in half. I called two other banks and there would be no problem doing it with them. Why not DL EVANS.???? I’m just glad that I don’t have an account with you. So know we have to basically right every transaction down in order for us to use it as if we are splitting it two ways. Get it together. There was no words when explained as to why there would be a repercussion for doing this simple task. Thumbs down. That’s why I use NATIONAL BANKS. To bad we can’t keep things here locally.

I had been putting off switching accounts from another bank and also opening some investment accounts, so I thought it would be best to lay this all on the poor bankers first thing in the morning. They completed these account openings, rollovers from other banks, depositing checks, and answering everyone of my questions. They did all of these things in a very positive mood and efficient manner. I can say that I have never felt this kind of caring and attentiveness to detail at any other bank. I would like to thank the great people at D.L. Evans Bank for all of their hard work and dedication to their customers.
