I had bad experiences there before, but that was not the case for my mother. She was on the 3rd floor for about 2 1/2 days very ill but I have to say everyone was awesome took great care of her! They have great staff, not to mention their house keeper Sara she was the one that kept my mom smiling with a positive attitude. Thank you so much Claudia, Jason, Victoria, Liz, Maria and Dr. Labayan. May god bless all of you!

Outpatient surgery with Dr. Owens. Everyone involved was absolutely great. If y'all read this, please know that I appreciate what you do and the risk you take in these times. God reward you for all you do.

The nursing staff and doctors were professional, helpful, and friendly. Unfortunately, the corporate for-profit management could care less about patients. One hour after surgery they were pushing me out the door. Having been transferred from another hospital 75 miles away...I had no transportation back. They finally offerred a taxi voucher but I had to go immediately after being discharged that evening or lose the voucher. I was still unstable from anesthesia and tubes were sticking out of my arm. I stayed that night in a hotel adjacent to the hospital on my dime. I have heard since that poor and indigent people are given bus passes and put in front of the hospital post treatment. Memorial is an ugly example of corporate greed. By the way...I just looked up their profits totaling $1.3 BILLION in 2019. I still appreciate the MEDICAL staff and wish them the best.

My grandma who is 84 was here tonight in ER arrived at 130pm transported by ambulance. She was offered food and drink BUT never RECEIVED anything!!! Discharged at 930pm. What a horrible place this is. You all get paid to take care of people yet you don’t do it!! I will be calling to talk to administration. You don’t even deserve this 1 star!

My mother is currently a patient as a result of testing positive for COVID-19. She is currently not doing well and is on a ventilation machine. As an extremely concerned daughter who cannot be by my mother's side I am relying, heavily, on the nursing staff to give me updates. I have received nothing but short and frustrated responses from the nursing staff when I call trying to understand the current conditions of my mother. The rude and annoyed staff continues to provide their unsolicited opinions about how my mother is not going to make it and that our family should consider further action. This is truly unappreciated and extremely unprofessional, as this kind of input should really be coming from the doctor(s) assigned to her. I have not received any doctor feedback since she has been admitted over a week ago. With all this, I have great concern that my mother is not being properly supported and neglected.I feel helpless and am looking for some help to elevate this daughter's concern!!
