Kristine (groomer with short dirty blonde hair)was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I made an APPOINTMENT and when I showed up she instantly became annoyed and hardly said a word. We even tried to be friendly and ask about her day but she gave absolutely no response. We left right then because we did NOT feel comfortable leaving our dogs there. Not a safe or friendly environment

Terrible customer service at the grooming place. It looked like the person working was having a bad day and that’s terrible(benefit of the doubt), but we all have those. Quite rude and audibly showing signs of annoyance. I hope this attitude doesn’t translate to the pups. Its quite evident to the customers.nnUpdate: Amanda and the other grooming lady were very nice and helpful. Updated from 1 start to 4

They have a small selection of toys and gear for doggo. But for treats and food they have upgraded to all natural and have a great selection of treats. I love that they no longer carry rawhide which is horrible for dogs.

It's nice clean easy to find what you need and I have everything your pets will love

My new bird willow is nice will let me pet and hold her. Staff was great answered all my questions very happy. Clean store safe.
