Luna Tires

Very quick and professional service. I had a bad experience with a different tire company in Socorro. No such bad luck this time. They replaced two of my tires within about 15 minutes. They had the stuff in stock too, so went from thinking about getting new tires to having new tires in the space of an hour. I'll go back to them for all my tire needs from now on.

I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place!! Their SO CALLED mechanic stole $515 from me that was given to him to purchase parts for my car that he advised me had to be paid for in advance. I thought this was strange but I'm a woman so I just assumed this was normal...boy was I wrong!!!! He told me that they were extremely busy but I could bring my car back after hours and he could do the work then for a discount and it wouldn't be so hot!!! This has become a long drug out story that would take me hours to tell so to make a long story short I gave the only money I had, to make the urgent repairs to my car so that it could take me to my essential doctors appointments, and the mechanics. One which represented himself as the owner, stole my money and I can't get it back and the repairs have STILL not been performed on my car and there are NO car parts that were suppose to have been purchased!!! I've been under such extreme stress over this I'm utterly shocked that I have not had I stroke and yet the ACTUAL owner of Luna Tires, who isnaware of the situation, has NEVER, come to me and offered ANY kind of help!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!!!!!!

Went for tune up. Left with car acting worse. Friend I know found out they didn't tighten spark plug four. Luna Tires told me to use machine to hook up to car to see problem. My friend had a machine and found out that number 4 coil needed replaced now. Luna Tires said they would pay for a new coil during previous visit. Instead I went to them and they charged me for the coil too. I asked my friend if coil 4 went out because spark plug 4 wasn't tightened. He said probably. Also, why wouldn't a mechanic shop have a machine to plug in? They lost two customers because of their lies and bad service.

Good service, quick. No-one wears masks there, though. Fortunately I did not need to go inside.

These guys were awesome. They lent me a tire tool when nobody else in town would.
